association for the promotion of visual culture is organising the third international balkanart festival [Terminal00] for all young artists from the balkan region [albania, bosnia and herzegovina, bulgaria, croatia, greece, macedonia, romania, serbia, montenegro, kosovo, slovenia and turkey] who are active in various cultural and artistic areas and whose works express or emphasize the cultural identity of the balkans.

[Terminal00] includes the following categories:

[1] video/film/animation
[2] photography
[3] illustration/design
[4] jazz/improvissation/electronic music
[5] contemporary theatre/dance
[6] multimedia projects

the final deadline is 20 april 2007.
